By submitting a booking request and/or making payment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all photography and videography services provided by Refreshingly Ginger (“we”, “us”, “our”).

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Submission of a booking form does not guarantee coverage until confirmed by us.
• Full payment is required prior to the event to secure and finalise coverage.
• We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

Dance competitions are dynamic live environments. While every effort is made to secure optimal positioning and uninterrupted coverage, factors outside our control — including floor traffic, adjudicator positioning, lighting conditions, event scheduling, or venue restrictions — may affect visibility or framing. Where uninterrupted coverage is impacted, we will deliver professionally edited media that meets or exceeds the agreed duration. This may include a compilation of appropriately timed clips representing the full performance.

If a client books coverage for multiple rounds or events and a booked round does not proceed due to competition results, the unused booking will be issued as a credit.
• Credit is valid for 12 months from the event date.
• Credit may be applied toward future Refreshingly Ginger competition coverage.
• Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

A full refund will be provided if we are unable to capture a booked event due to technical failure, scheduling conflict, or circumstances within our control. Refunds will not be issued where coverage is not delivered due to:
• Competitor withdrawal
• Absence
• Disqualification
• Failure to take the floor
• Event schedule changes outside our control

• Media will be delivered digitally via the agreed platform.
• Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated post-event.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on event volume and post-production requirements.

All media remains the intellectual property of Refreshingly Ginger.

Upon purchase, clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered images and video for personal and professional purposes, including:
• Social media
• Studio promotion
• Coaching promotion
• Sponsor mentions
• Advertising
• Publications
• Website use

Media may not be:
• Resold
• Relicensed
• Redistributed as standalone files
• Claimed as original work by another party
• Used in illegal, defamatory, or inappropriate contexts

Refreshingly Ginger retains full copyright ownership at all times.

All media is produced in line with our artistic style and professional judgment. Editing decisions, colour grading, cropping, and final selection of delivered media remain at our discretion.

In the unlikely event of total media loss due to equipment malfunction or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected coverage. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.

Refreshingly Ginger reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking shall apply.
